1. RelayRigs Is Not an Insurer
RelayRigs is a technology marketplace and does not represent itself as an insurance company or licensed insurance producer unless it becomes appropriately licensed to do so in a given jurisdiction.
2. Coverage Verification
Where offered, RelayRigs' insurance-related features are designed to help verify that applicable insurance information has been provided by drivers, owner operators, carriers, or RV owners — this is a verification aid, not a guarantee of coverage, and not a substitute for confirming coverage directly with your insurer.
3. Licensed Insurance Partners
Where available, RelayRigs may support integration with licensed third-party insurance partners for trip-specific coverage workflows. Any such coverage is provided by the licensed partner under its own policy terms, not by RelayRigs.
4. Claims Reporting Assistance
RelayRigs may help organize accident evidence, cargo claims, and vehicle damage documentation to support a claim, but does not adjudicate, approve, or guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim.
5. User Responsibility
Drivers, owner operators, carriers, and RV owners/dealers remain solely responsible for maintaining the insurance coverage legally required for their operations and for any assignment they accept or post.
