Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RelayRigs website or application ("RelayRigs", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What RelayRigs Is

RelayRigs is a transportation technology marketplace that helps connect qualified drivers with trucks, active loads, relief assignments, RV recovery jobs, and RV delivery opportunities. RelayRigs is a technology platform, not a motor carrier, freight broker, staffing agency, or employer of drivers, unless separately and expressly stated in writing for a specific service.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use RelayRigs.
• Commercial driving roles require accurate, truthful qualification information (identity, CDL, endorsements, medical status, etc.) where applicable to the assignment.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Marketplace Nature of the Service

RelayRigs helps identify potential matches between drivers, equipment owners, carriers, and RV owners/dealers based on information provided by users. RelayRigs does not guarantee the availability of drivers, assignments, or compensation, and does not guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by other users.

5. User Responsibilities

• Drivers are responsible for holding all qualifications legally required for the assignment they accept, including applicable CDL class, endorsements, medical certification, and Hours of Service compliance.
• Owner operators, carriers, and RV requesters are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle, load, and compensation information they post.
• All users are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

6. Fees & Payments

Use of certain RelayRigs features may require a subscription or per-assignment fee. Driver compensation funding and release follows the process described in our Payment Terms. RelayRigs platform fees are separate from funds designated for driver compensation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false qualification, vehicle, or ownership information.
• Attempting to recover, move, or take custody of a vehicle without proper authorization.
• Circumventing RelayRigs verification, payment, or documentation workflows.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RelayRigs is not liable for the acts, omissions, or qualifications of any driver, carrier, owner operator, or RV owner using the Platform, except as required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayRigs' liability is limited to the fees paid by you to RelayRigs in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

RelayRigs may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms, failed verification, or misuse of the marketplace, with or without notice as circumstances require.

10. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RelayRigs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. RelayRigs may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
