1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, phone, city/state, role, and company (if applicable).
• Verification information: identity, CDL and endorsement details, medical qualification status, MVR and background screening results, insurance eligibility, and equipment experience, where applicable to your role.
• Operational information: assignment history, GPS location during active assignments and handoffs, photographs, signatures, and delivery/inspection records.
• Payment information, processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate the marketplace, verify qualifications, match drivers with assignments, process payments, document chain of custody, support insurance and claims workflows where applicable, and communicate with you about your account and assignments.

3. Information Sharing

• With other users as needed to complete a matched assignment (e.g., pickup/dropoff details, verified qualification status).
• With ELD providers, but only after you authorize that connection — RelayRigs does not request or store your ELD account password.
• With payment processors to fund and release driver compensation.
• With licensed insurance partners, where you have opted into insurance-related workflows.
• With law enforcement or regulators where required by law.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and assignment records for as long as needed to operate the Platform, satisfy legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@relayrigs.com.

7. Children's Privacy

RelayRigs is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
