Driver Agreement

1. Relationship Disclosure
This Driver Agreement governs your use of RelayRigs to find and accept transportation assignments. Unless a specific assignment states otherwise in writing, RelayRigs facilitates the marketplace connection only — the relationship between you and the requesting owner operator, carrier, or RV owner/dealer for a given assignment is separately defined by that assignment's terms.
2. Qualification & Verification
You represent that all qualification information you submit (identity, CDL, endorsements, restrictions, medical qualification, MVR, background screening, training, and equipment experience) is accurate and current, and you authorize RelayRigs to verify this information as needed to maintain marketplace trust.
3. Accepting & Completing Assignments
By accepting an assignment, you agree to complete it in accordance with the pickup, destination, equipment, and compensation details shown, or to promptly notify the requester and RelayRigs if you are unable to continue.
4. Hours of Service & ELD
If your assignment is subject to Hours of Service rules, you are solely responsible for your own HOS compliance. Where you authorize an ELD provider connection, RelayRigs may use available data to help assess assignment compatibility, but RelayRigs does not replace your obligation to comply with applicable regulations.
5. Compensation
Compensation for an assignment is shown before you accept it, and required funds are designated as secured prior to eligible paid work beginning, per our Payment Terms. Payment is released once agreed delivery or handoff conditions are verified.
6. Chain of Custody & Handoff Obligations
For relay, handoff, or RV recovery assignments, you agree to accurately document the transfer of custody, including required photographs, condition notes, and signatures, at both the outgoing and incoming stages of your involvement.
7. Insurance
You are responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage required for the assignment you accept, including coverage required by the owner operator, carrier, or RV owner/dealer posting the assignment.
8. Conduct & Safety
You agree to operate any equipment safely, follow applicable laws, and immediately report accidents, unsafe conditions, or vehicle damage discovered during your assignment.
9. Termination of Access
RelayRigs may restrict or remove your access to the marketplace for failed verification, safety violations, fraudulent information, or repeated failure to complete accepted assignments.
